Seven things, one standard.
Fencing, carpentry and the groundwork that goes with them, for homes across Brisbane, the Redlands and Logan. Every job is priced on site, because the ground decides the price as much as the materials do.
Fencing
Timber paling, lapped and capped, Colorbond, aluminium and frameless glass pool fencing, PVC privacy and aluminium slat. All of it set out properly, with posts on consistent centres and footings dug to depth. A fence that is out by twenty millimetres over a run reads as wrong even to someone who could not tell you why, which is exactly why the set-out matters more than the speed.
Pool fencing is built to the compliance rules, not around them.
Decks
Low-set and elevated decking, framed square and fixed down neatly. Board gaps consistent, cuts clean, fixings in line. The parts people notice are the parts most people rush.
Pergolas
Freestanding and attached pergolas. Posts plumb, beams level, rafters evenly spaced. Built to sit right with the house rather than look bolted on afterwards.
Carports
Single and double carports, framed and roofed. Set out around the actual driveway and the actual car, not a standard span that nearly fits.
Retaining walls
Sleeper and block retaining walls for levelling a yard or holding a slope. Drainage handled behind the wall, because the walls that fail are almost always the ones where it was not.
Demolition
Removing the old deck, the old fence or the old shed before the new one goes in. Cleared, loaded and taken away so you are not left with a pile to deal with.
Landscaping
Turfing, garden edging, levelling and the tidy-up work that finishes a build off. Usually the last two days of a fencing or deck job rather than a job on its own.
Brisbane, the Redlands and Logan.
Based at Mount Cotton, working across Brisbane, the Redlands and Logan. He will travel wider, through to the Gold Coast, but the closer the job the easier it is to come back if something ever needs looking at.
Southside and bayside
Carindale, Mansfield, Wynnum, Manly, Wakerley, Gumdale, Chandler and across the southern suburbs.
Home ground
Mount Cotton, Redland Bay, Victoria Point, Thornlands, Cleveland, Sheldon, Capalaba and Alexandra Hills. Where Tyrone is based, so the closest jobs get the easiest scheduling.
North and east
Cornubia, Shailer Park, Carbrook, Loganholme, Springwood and Daisy Hill.

A full side boundary in one run, level held on a sleeper course where the ground falls away.
Sheets plumb and the top rail level the whole length of the drive.
Timber stair, hardwood handrail, wire balustrade and slatted screening under the house.
Which one do you need?
Pick the closest thing on the list and add whatever detail you have. A rough length, a rough size, or a photo of the spot is usually enough to get started.
